Exciting news from the Hong Kong Film Awards! ‘The Goldfinger,’ a thrilling crime movie, won six awards. But ‘A Guilty Conscience’ took home the top prize for Best Film
Starring famous actors Tony Leung Chiu-wai and Andy Lau Tak-wah, ‘The Goldfinger’ impressed everyone with its amazing camera work, set design, costumes, sound effects, and special effects. Tony Leung also won Best Actor for his fantastic performance. Two other movies, ‘In Broad Daylight’ and ‘Mad Fate,’ also did well, each winning three awards. ‘In Broad Daylight’ got awards for its actors, and ‘Mad Fate’ won for its director and story.
Even though ‘A Guilty Conscience’ was nominated in many categories, it only won one award, but it was the biggest one. The movie is about a lawyer trying to prove a client’s innocence and broke box office records.
